Refunds

GENERAL TICKETS

Festival Orders are processed once at least once a week and the Tickets sent to you via the email you used to make the order/purchase.

We are charged a non-refundable transaction fee on All Festival Orders usually in the region of between £1.50 and £6.50 depending on order size.

If we refund your ticket for any reason we usually deduct the cost of the transaction fee from the refund.

If you want a Refund on ordinary festival tickets, day tickets, saturday with camping or weekend with camping you can usually let us know upto a week before the event and we should be able to refund you.

If it is less than a week before the festival we will usually be able to refund you but it may take until after the event to confirm the refund and make the payment to you.

Generally we cannot make any refund for tickets not used after the festival starts on the Friday.

ACCOMODATION FEES

If you have booked accommodation with us, Farmhouse rooms, Shepherds Huts or Pre Erected Bell Tents, you have until one month before the festival to change your mind and cancel the accommodation.

If it is less than a month before the festival please let us know and we will do everything we can to resell the accommodation. If we succeed in reselling the accommodation in full or in part we will refund you that amount less the original transaction charge. In most cases when this has happened we have been able to recoup at least half.
